Clearing of the Chimera group continues. What is remaining is the network of plasma implants, connected with each other through the Tunnels of set, and tied to the plasmatic strangelet and toplet bombs.

This implant network was slowly built throughout millions of years across this quadrant of the Galaxy by mad scientists of the Chimera group who were master strategy planners of the Orion / Draco / Reptilian military complex.

Everybody now incarnated on planet Earth still has those implants, as we have received them upon or before entry in the quarantine Earth area. They are plasma micro black holes, rotating in a strong plasmatic electromagnetic field. Their purpose is to distort spacetime to keep maintaining the primary anomaly and thus planet Earth quarantine status:

You need to understand that the physical plane matter is just a condensed plasma wave and plasma anomaly reflects directly on the physical plane.

As the Light forces progressed with the liberation of the Galaxy through the millennia, the dark forces retreated towards planet Earth, their last stronghold. By manipulating quantum anomaly and activating many negative stargates with nukes and particle accelerators after WW2 and especially after 1996 they have actually managed to turn our planet into a quantum stargate / well which attracts all remaining primary anomaly from the rest of the universe:

This plasma gets gathered by the Chimera in the implant guardian stations throughout the Solar System and then distributed through the tunnels of Set towards implants of the surface humanity.

Implant guardian stations were built by the Chimera 26,000 years ago to guard quarantine Earth stronghold against the invasion of the Light forces from outside of this Solar System and to implant anybody trying to escape from Earth/Solar System. One aspect of MOSS is to clear these implant stations. This is progressing nicely and there are already many motherships of the Galactic Light forces entering into the Solar system recently. The Breakthrough phase means that the Light forces are no longer focused only on opposing the Chimera and the Cabal, but are gathering momentum for the final breakthrough instead. During the breakthrough phase, the Veil is slowly being dissolved and the quarantine slowly being lifted. There are operations underway to arrange Disclosure leaks through mainstream media by high levels sources in India and Russia. Those leaks are expected to occur when the Chimera group will lose enough power over the military in the aforementioned countries.
Our Solar System has been under control of Orion/Andromedan Chimera empire and their Draco/Reptilian minions for the last 26,000 years, effectively putting planet Earth under quarantine status, isolating it from positive ET races.

The Light forces were forced to sign a non-interference treaty which states that they will not interfere on the surface of planet Earth directly and in turn the Chimera will also not interfere on the surface directly. Although this treaty was quite harmful for the development of humanity in the last 26,000 years, it has also prevented humanity from being harvested by Chimera and their Draco/Reptilian minions directly. This is the reason the Resistance Movement agents are not contacting human beings on the surface of their planet. This treaty is also the reason why the Reptilians have not been massively eating humans for breakfast in the open in surface human cities after 1996 when their presence under the surface of the planet was huge, with 500 million entities present. This treaty is also the reason strangelet bombs were not detonated on many occasions. As soon as the Chimera threat is gone, the Light forces will intervene on the surface of this planet directly.

The second Pleiadian attempt to pierce the quarantine began in the early 20th century with the Thule / Vril societies in Germany. Soon, more hostile races took control over the German space program, which culminated in building a secret German Nazi Moon base during WW2. Like attracts like, and the Nazi Moon base was taken over by the Reptilians shortly after the end of the war, all personnel wiped out.

A more direct attempt to pierce the quarantine was made on February 20th, 1954, when President Eisenhower met with representatives of the Pleiadians and of the Ashtar Command at Edwards air force base:

The Pleiadians, however, managed to negotiate a permission from the Negative Military to build a secret base under Bora Bora island in French Polynesia, under the condition that its existence remains unknown to the surface population.

James Francis MacIntyre, the bishop of LA, was present at the meeting in Edwards AFB and reported the proceedings to the Jesuits. There are photos and films of Pleiadian ships, taken at that meeting, in the Vatican library. Jesuits were also regularly updated by the Negative Military about all technologies which the military has received from the Zetas and Draconians. A secret Jesuit space program was started in 1956 to build bases on Moon and Mars. The program was not that successful and, ironically, was codenamed Marconi.

he real secret space program started in the early 1960s, when the Chimera group has given permission to the negative militaries of the USA, NATO European countries, USSR and China to build joint secret Moon and Mars bases in certain restricted areas. Also, a secret treaty was signed between the Cabal and the Draco/Reptilian/Zeta complex which gave the Cabal technical support in construction of Lunar and Mars bases whereas those negative alien races were given permission to build underground bases on Earth together with the Negative Military.

Joint USA/USSR Mars base was thus built in 1964 and then expanded over the next few decades, when more Moon and Mars bases were added to the program. The main lunar base was built on the far side of the Moon and was codenamed LOC (Lunar Operations Command).

The whole secret space program was named Solar Warden and top supersoldiers were accepted into the program and brainwashed with the idea that they are defending Earth from the negative aliens. Some UN diplomats knew about the existence of the Solar Warden and they naively believed it to be a global program for Earth defense against an alien threat. From the human side, the program was directed by the unholy four (Bush Sr., Henry Kissinger, Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney). The unholy four are actually Draconians who took human incarnations 26,000 years ago and are the four most visible Draco/human hybrids.

The Light forces have infiltrated the Solar Warden space program in many ways. Eisenhower, cornered by the Cabal and forced to team up with the negative aliens, formed some secret cells inside the Solar Warden program which were working for the Light.

Also, the Organization (forerunner of the Resistance Movement) had secret teams infiltrated into the Solar Warden program. The Organization was also cooperating with positive Andromedans who were well aware of the situation in this Solar System.

The Light forces built their own Lunar base inside the Tycho crater and I visited that base in 1983. It was a huge domed structure with a nice swimming pool inside, from where I could watch the Earth. Many years later I had a surreal moment when I was in a similar swimming pool on Earth, covered with a glassy dome and was watching the Moon rising. It was then a shock and confusion to my brain to see the Moon rising though the glassy domed structure where I should be watching the orb of Earth instead!

After the Archon invasion in 1996 our Solar System was filled with Draconian and Reptilian entities. Their main military base was on Charon (Pluto’s moon) with many strongholds in the main asteroid belt. In that timeframe, many key people were taken to the underground military bases and trauma-based mindprogrammed against the Galactic Confederation and against the Ashtar Command. This is the reason why many people are now so strongly against the Ashtar Command.

During a massive liberation offensive between 1999 and 2004, the Light forces of the Resistance Movement, Pleiaidan, Sirian and Andromedan Fleet and the Ashtar Command cleared the vast majority of the Draco/Reptilian presence from our Solar System.

After 2004, the remaining Draco/Reptilian forces were working closely with the unholy four to defend planet Earth from the liberating fleet of the Galactic Light forces and they have been manipulating Solar Warden supersoldiers against the Light. Between 2004 and 2012 the Light forces cleared this Solar System from all Draco/Reptilian presence except for those working directly with the Chimera group. In that time frame, Solar Warden was operating primarily from two locations.

Solar System operations were directed from the Kings Peak underground base in Utah, where most personnel and infrastructure were moved to from Area 51 and S4 when these two locations became too widely known.

Regardless of all chaos, false flags and infighting between various Ligtwarriors and Lightworkers, it is time to put things into perspective. We are entering the breakthrough phase and the Light is returning to planet Earth.

Cobra: IS:IS Portal Activation Part II Report

Although the critical mass among the surface population was not reached, the activation was a significant success. Besides our strong, dedicated core group many tens of thousands Lightworkers and Lightwarrios across the globe were participating.

During this activation, something significant has happened that has never occurred in the last 25,000 years. A critical mass of 144,000 people from the Resistance Movement and the Agartha Network have emerged from their underground realms briefly and did this activation on the surface exactly in the same way as we have been instructed. This has created a certain special resonance field which has channeled the energy pulse from the Shapley Attractor and stabilized the planetary etheric Light grid to the point that it will be able to handle and absorb the energetic shockwave at the time of the Event.

The critical mass of 144,000 Light forces from underground networks was enough to stabilize the energy grid but not enough to achieve a transformation of human consciousness as for that the critical mass of 144,000 needs to come from within humanity to have a desired resonance effect.

Cobra: Stand Up – The Final Resistance

During the current cardinal Grand Cross, the Archons and their etheric minions are putting pressure upon the Lightworkers and Lightwarriors, trying to inflict despair and separation. I understand very well that many of you are tired, but the key is perseverance, remaining calm as much a possible and keeping unwavering focus on our vision of a bright future for humanity. We can not remove 25,000 years of darkness from this planet in a single day and it would be unrealistic to expect one victory after another. Regardless of all setbacks and delays, we will be victorious in the end. So stand up:

People wanting proof, waiting passively for the Event and seeing each delay as an »excuse« are using the wrong strategy. Instead of complaining, do whatever is within your power to assist the planetary liberation. Every small action counts and brings the Event a little closer.

The first part of the IS:IS activation was successful to the point that no big disturbing global events happened at the peak of the cardinal Grand Cross. It is true that this activation was a little more demanding that the previous ones, but the Resistance perceives the awakened part of the surface population to be able to man up to the task. Many websites and blogs could support the Light by publishing intel about the IS:IS activation, but for whatever reason chose not to. Many people were not able to handle the etheric Archon pressure and this is an indicator to the Resistance that the etheric plane is not yet clear enough for the surface population to go through the Event as at the moment of the Event the pressure will be even greater. This is precisely the reason I can not release certain intel, including but not limited to the Ascension plan, no matter how much I would like to.

The Chimera group is a bit stronger than previously thought. It appears that they have access to a certain weather modification technology, triangular aerial craft and even a few cloning facilities. Therefore my assessment that the physical plane is ready for the Event was a little bit premature.

Cobra: IS:IS Portal Report and Window of Opportunity Update

IS:IS portal activation was a partial success. Although we have not reached even one half of the planetary critical mass, people participating were very strong in their dedication and we have managed to lay a solid foundation for the second (and eventually third) part of the IS:IS portal activation.
The energies of the cardinal Grand Cross have triggered all kinds of suppressed dysfunctional behavior and ideas which needed to be cleared before the activation could take place. Nothing could be further from the truth. All these beings are true beings of Light and are our friends, brothers and sisters. Without their continuous help and assistance, humanity would not survive the last few hundred years and would be extinct by now.
After all turmoil of the weekend, the activation itself was peaceful and calm. Further unification of all future positive timelines has occurred.
At the activation, there has been drastic reorganization and refocusing of the energy currents throughout the Galaxy so that they are now focused on the tiny sector around our planet with the purpose of the planetary liberation. As the moment of our liberation approaches and the ultimate victory of the Light draws near, Light beings from the whole Galaxy hold their focus on our small planet:

A few hours after the activation, together with my team I have launched StratoProbe 1, an unmanned stratospheric aerial vehicle.
After the successful launch, the balloon was slowly gaining altitude and a few minutes after piercing the Veil it has taken this picture about 9 miles above the surface:

The elongated object that you see in the upper part of the picture is neither a lens reflection nor an airplane, but most likely a Pleiaidian craft which belongs to the network of Pleiadian lightships that was directing energies of the IS:IS portal from the universe towards the Veil boundary. This is how these lightships look like:

On the second picture, taken 15 miles (24 kilometers) above the surface, you can clearly see the curvature of the Earth. The energies are absolutely crisp, clear and full of Light:

After the successful activation of the IS:IS portal, there will be further events within this Window of Opportunity.
On April 29th, there will be an annular solar eclipse which will solidify and anchor the energies of the IS:IS portal further.
On May 3rd, we will be assisting the birth of the New Renaissance. Marco Missinato, a composer of beautiful New Renaissance music, will have a concert in Sedona. This concert will be streamed live, attempting to reach the critical mass of 144,000 listeners and thus creating the right energetic conditions to accelerate the birth of the New Renaissance:
