When your attention is being pulled in many directions it’s difficult to concentrate on one thing at a time, and your mind may easily jump from one idea or activity to another. Bring greater focus to your activities to calm the restlessness of your mind today.
When your mind wanders, take a few minutes to meditate on the point between your eyes known as the third eye.
This point is useful for controlling your mind and bringing greater clarity to your everyday activities. Doing this throughout the day could make it easier for you to not only get things done but also to cultivate a deeper awareness of what you are doing.
